With over 20 years of successful administrative and event planning experience, we  provide professional trial secretary services to  clubs sponsoring dog performance events, such as, agility and herding. Our services allow you to reap the fun, financial and functional benefits. Services provided include but are not limited to:

Creating the  premium list to your club's needs and your organization's (NADAC, AKC, ASCA) requirements. Sending both paper and electronic formats of the premium to interested lists, businesses, clubs and venues.

By sending out premiums to both your prescribed list of potential participants (breed, geographical location, or organization specific), as well as our own list of potential exhibitors, we help you to effectively market your event.

We provide a single point of contact for exhibitors before, during and after the event. We process the entry forms, set up the necessary computer software and paperwork, handle on-site questions and crisis in accordance with your club's and the sponsoring organization's requirements.

We meet the post-event deadlines for getting the correct paperwork to the organization and the club, as well as, posting results within three days of the event on our own site.
